Meet The Psi Chi Officers
President
Julianna Vass
Julianna is a senior studying a major in Psychological Science and a minor in English. She is a psychology peer tutor and plans on going to graduate school after she graduates from CCSU to pursue a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling. She enjoys playing sports and video games in her free time. She is looking forward to all of the exciting things this chapter of Psi Chi will do! She is excited to plan events that everyone can enjoy virtually!
Vice President
Anna Finkle
Anna Finkle is the Vice President of Psi Chi for the 2020-21 school year. She is a senior majoring in Psychological Science and minoring in Criminal Justice. Her hobbies include watching bad movies, being a music snob, watching commentary-style YouTube videos, streaming old seasons of Big Brother and quoting the Sam Raimi Spider-Man trilogy an unhealthy amount. In addition to being Vice President of Psi Chi, Anna is also the student-faculty committee liaison for Psychology Club and the Radio 200 Director for the campus radio station, WFCS 107.7. She plans on furthering her education by pursuing a master’s degree in either school or counseling psychology

My name is Emily! I am a senior this year with a double major in Psychological Science and Criminology. I am the secretary for Psi Chi. I enjoy hanging out with friends and doing anything art related!

Tori Wallington

Hey everyone, my name is Tori, and I am the treasurer for Central's Psi Chi chapter. I graduated in the spring with a bachelor's degree in Psychological Science and am currently pursuing my master's degree in Health Psychology. I also work with Success Central a peer mentoring program here at CCSU. In my free time, I like to hike, go to the beach, and spend time with my kittens.

Teddy Rainville

My name is Teddy and I will be the Public Relations Officer for Psi Chi! I am majoring in Psychology with a minor in Sociology, with plans to continue my education to receive a Master’s degree in counseling psychology. I am very passionate about mental health and well-being, and in times like these, it is more important now than ever to keep a focus on how you are doing adjusting to the new normal!
Student Faculty Liaison
Liliana Villar

Hello, my name is Liliana Villar, and I am the Student-Faculty Liaison of Psi Chi. I am a Junior majoring in Psychological Sciences and double minoring in Statistics and Sociology. My research interests are vast but some of my favorites are Alzheimer’s, Aging, Neuroscience, Personality Disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Eating Disorders. I am also the Treasurer of the Gerontology Club and Secretary for the Psychology Club. I am a Psychological Sciences peer tutor, and research assistant at CCSU. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, reading, and binge watching Netflix. I love going to the beach and just walking along the crashing waves to clear my mind after a busy day or week.

Hi everyone, I’m Alexandra and I am the Webmaster for Psi Chi. I am graduating next fall with a major in Psychology Science and a minor in Statistics. I’m also a Psychology Peer Tutor and Treasurer for Women In STEM club. My favorite movies are the Avengers Universe Marvel movies and Pirates of the Caribbean.
